Hey guys, so this is the first time im hearing this. I was driving in the snow today and heard squeeky noises coming from below the passenger seat. This only happens when im driving on the snow and stuff. At first i thought it could be mud guards being pushed back as i drove into the snow but i remember i had no mud guards. So im thinking WTH is this sound cuz its REALLY ANNOYING.

The squeeking noise sounds like something when you put pressure on a plastic surface. Its really annoying.

Can anyone help me fix this? or is it some thing wrong? I guess i'll just take it into the dealer

Hi,

check my other thread. I had the same issue on my drivers seat. You need a new rail kit installed. Should be covered under warranty.

Could also be the glove box issue. Do a search in the fourms for glove box.

my seat only squeeks when my wife is sitting in the seat, something to do with her extra weight I guess...lol

also check your seat belt buckles, on the part where it's bolted to the seats... I had a squeaking noise that I didn't know where it came from after weeks of looking for it. WD40'd the hell out of that bolt and no noise since.:)

I think its the seat belt problem....i have noticed that it happens when someone is sitting with the seat belt fastened....it never happens when im alone in the car and when someone seats on the passenger side with seat belt no fastened......alot of people on this forum have had this issue with some claiming that its the seat railings and others seat belt buckle....
