I was thinking, I have a 06 GS with the 16s stock. Couldnt I technically sand these down and wetsand, then buff up to shine like chrome?

Let me know because these are alloy and i dont want to screw it up.

You COULD, but it would be a LOT of work. A buddy of mine tried doing this before and he gave up. It requires a lot of sanding with a machine and it doesn't stop there, lol.

However I'm sure if you follow through with this, it would look awesome.

i painted my winter wheels u just need to do a good sanding, good primer, paint the clear cloat

mine made it threw the winter perfectly fine so for the summer will be no prob

i just sandblasted mine, took me about 3 hours... now off to powdercoating
