Possibly new position of your seat... I noticed that when I sit far back, but now I sit closer, and It runs smoother....
Maybe its placebo, but It feels smoother.

I get the same thing too. Also depends on what shoes I wear too.

I second that! Alot has to do with your seating position for smooth clutch action, I suggest experimenting with different positions and seat heights and angles (I find the angle affects my clutch action quite a bit),....Remember also you should be able to touch the fire-wall behind the pedals with atleast the top half of your feet.

Are you new to driving a manual tranny?
Do other people have this problem when they drive your car?

unlikely to be a warped flywheel, that is an inertia part so if it was warped you'd feel it in the drive train, but a clutch fork or relaxing pressure plate maybe.
did you just change from winter tires to summer tires? they are heavier and can feel different after a winter of driving.
did you just change your mats, make sure they aren't hitting behind the pedal
summer shoes can feel different then mucklocks :chuckle

I just changed from winter to summer tires, and also had to readjust my seating position... and it really does affect the way it feels. Good thing I stumbled across this.. I thought it was just me :loco
just slam the gas and let go of the clutch
works every time
