1/8 to 1/8 and enjoy.
Usually $2 to $5.
Make sure you either use a ipod line out thingy or plug into the headphone jack of your ipod and turn up volume to max.
I bought a remote and line out thingy for $30 and works nicely without draining battery. :bana2

1/8 to 1/8 cables are cheap. Don't pay over $10 for one.
As for power, $20 for an adapter. I bought mine from eBay, a Belkin which works well just don't use the amplifier bypass thingy for the sound. Also causes a buzzing noise while powering and playing due to lack of a ground loop isolator kabob. I just charge up and play from battery.

Usually you can find pretty cheap cabling on ebay, or in any Flea Market around the GTA. I used to go to the one at Dufferin and Steeles to a place inside called the "computer doctors" - they had everything for like $2, but that flea market closed down.
I have been told that the store actually moved to the Mall that is at Baview and John St. up in Thornhill near the Thornhill Community Center (I dont remember what its called) and they still have all the same cheap junk they had at the Flea Market, so if you live in that area it might be worth checking out.
I have heard of people running the wire under the center console out through the ash tray, this makes the cabling a lot cleaner in the car (too lazy to find the link to the thread) but I think its a wicked idea!
