which tire? falken,Kumho,nitto, dunlop?

Im having some issues with tires...I'm shopping for these tires since there in the 100 price range...and i want 215/45/17's
Primary Concerns:
1. Dont care if all season or summer tire. I have all seasons on my stockies, these will come off in winter anyways
2. Thread wear isnt much of a concern either for me. As long as they last a good 30-40k kms
3. NOT for looks.
4. For everyday driving, something not so rough on roads.
5. Road noise dont matter, my exhaust is louder.
6. Not for competitive use, maybe 1 or at most 2 autox events FOR FUN!

so which should i go for?

Falken Azenis ST115
Nitto NT NeoGen ZR
Falken FK 452
Kumho Ecsta SPT
Dunlop Direzza DZ101
Kumho Ecsta ASX

Suggestions, pro's, con's all welcome.

below is from what ive read only. The only tire i've used in the list is the 452. They are ok. enhanced grip in both wet/dry. i like the steering response. Very predictable steering (linear).

I've heard good stuff about the neogen and SPTs.

I am thinking what to put on as well. From my research, the Falken 452 is a good summer tire. The Falken 912 is a good three-season tire. I am also considering the Fuzion ZR1, another summer tire. It gets good reviews.
