Happens in 1st and 2nd gears mostly (manual) and usually when the engine is cool, but on occasion it happens when warm as well.
The car will accelerate smoothly then all the sudden the car will hesitate for a second and then it's fine again. No CEL or anything. It's worse under hard acceleration, but it happens during normal driving as well.

I'm the second owner, with 98000 on the clock. I just had the intake manifold changed due to a bad ticking noise (luckly under warranty)
but I have no previous repair records. Any ideas what I should look at? I'm sure a good tune-up is due so that'll happen in the next few weeks, but I wonder if there is an actual problem I should get fixed before the 100K is up.

mine did that too for a while, cel came on saying that system running too rich, brought it in and the cel went off, they reseted the computer and everything has been fine since...they still don't know what the problem is.
