A Weird Crack in my front grille (06 Hatch 2.3L)

Hello Guys

Last summer (blazing hot!) I found a crack in the middle of my front grille.
Just like what happened to akz (link below)...
I think he got this fixed under warranty. I went to Ontario Mazda.. and they said no...

There is absolutely NO evidence that it was hit or was hit by a rock or anything.. WEIRD...
Does anyone know if this is covered under warranty? anyone? FLIPDADY?

yeah its gonna be hard to prove them.. try different dealer, see what they say

I highly doubt that the grille will be covered by warranty. If the car was a few weeks old maybe a but yours is an 06. Could have been damaged by someone leaning or sitting on the grille. Another cause of the crack might have been someone using it as a grip when opening and closing the hood.
