so, i was on the way to the AA meet last night and this guy in front of me in a mazda3 (not a club member) sticks his hand out of the sunroof at a light and slides his fingers like when you want to say how much money or what not?


does this mean anything?

i asked a few people at the meet, no one seemed to know?
