You won't have any problems with that size. I'm running 215/35ZR18s on my car right now and not have any problems (I realize your outer diameter is higher overall but I know loads of people running sizes like 225/40-18 dropped on SportLines and S.Techs and not having problems. I'll be dropping my car on H.Techs soon and hopefully switching to 225/40ZR18s. My wheels are 8 inches wide btw.

When I had my factory 17's I was running that tire size and I was on a prokit. Zero issues!!!! I loved that size tire. Looked a little beefy :)

Are you talking about mouting these on the stock rims or do you have aftermarket rims? You should not rub with the OEM no matter what suspension you got.

Whats your rim size? Width and offset in particular.

I have after market rims. The offset not sure but they are for mazda3 (at least that is what the guy said) The size is 7.5 x 17 (i think) or 215 45 17.

all depends on offset of the rims.

Post it up. It's stamped on the inside of the rim.

offset is what is a killer for our car getting wheels....try to get as close to 52mm...

i love my 48mm cuz it sits flush to my fender without rubbing with 225s.
