So I just came back from Mississauga Mazda. Long story short, my Girlfriend needed a lot of work to be done.

When I was there, I saw this:

Now, the picture from my camera phone does this colour no justice. It's like a chamelon type paint - sandmica at some angles and some kind of gum/SLIME green at other angles :loco :whoa. (Not an accurate colour comparison, but close enough.)

Just thought I would throw it out there and see your comments.

Unfortunately, I only took the ONE picture, and yeah, it DOES not look the way it does in real life at all. Bad lighting conditions? It was probably because of me i.e. I rushed it. (Take note, the camera is only 2 megapixels.)

See, this is why I usually take so many pictures... !!!!:bang:complain:loco:chuckle


P.S. Maybe I'll go back tomorrow afternoon and take a bunch of photos with the digital camera. We'll see. I don't know yet. Watch them all be gone because they were sold.:whoa Or maybe if you have the same thing at MoT, you or Jeff can take better pictures.:chuckle

There is the exact same car/colour at Agincourt Mazda. It looks like silver and someone dropped some green into the paint mix.

The 2008.5 Brochure lists it as being Golden Sand Metallic. I don't see the Gold but perhaps it should have been called Lime Sand Metallic but that doesn't sound as good.

Mit-gee-mui, you are not crazy. It is difficult to take a proper picture just like trying to shoot the Phantom Blue.
