i got a '08 gt sport, and i know that there is a constant whissing sound which comes from the power steering.
however, i have noticed that there is also a buzzing noise that seems to be coming from the passenger side. the sound comes on about every 1-2 minutes for a duration of 5 seconds (approx).
i remember reading a thread about something similar (not sure whether he was referring to the same thing), and the poster indicated it might be the solenoid going off (or at least that's why he thinks).
it's been like that since i got the car... not sure whether anyone else experience the same thing. i am about to go to the dealer for servicing anyways and will ask them whether it is normal.
