I've come to realize that the stock tires are ~25".

Let's say I leased car and immediately replaced them with 235/50/18's for example (not lowered car) which has a tire diameter of 27.4" I am not sure if they will fit, but let's say they did.

The tire diameter is ~10% off stock so any speedometer, odometer readings would be immediately 10% understated. So if you were given 25,000km/year, you could immediately actually get 27500km (25000 + 2500) just due to tire size.

That's true. You'd also get reduced gas mileage and poor acceleration due to the gear ratio change, among other things and putting the wrong sized wheel/tire combo on a car usually looks retarded, whether they're too big or too small. Just never looks quite right.

And frankly, if you're doing this purposely to understate the reading on the odometer, that's odometer fraud and flat-out illegal.

235/50/18's

Typo? or do you really think that's your size?

Nevermind, I read your question more clearly...

To answer you question, yes.
