Audio Link USB question

Hey, I was wondering if anyone has used this with a USB hard drive (not a flash drive, but an actual hard drive) and did it work? issues? any info is appreciated. Thanks

I have not, but...

The Audiolink folder struction is is 6 (or 8, depending on vintage) folders named CD01, CD02..., CD06(8).

Each folder holds up to 99 MP3s.

So, maximum number of MP3s allowed is a touch under 800. Assuming 5K per song that works out to about 2.5 GB. Given that 2 and 4 GB cards are available for less than $20, there isn't much point to using a USB HDD.

i already have a USB hard drive haha :p and i dont use it much... so i might aswell put it to some kind of use haha :p
