I just had my aftermarket rims installed after the stock ones were destroyed by some curb kissing. They require tuner style lug nuts which the shop installed but they were out of lock kits and the only kind I can find in town is made by TUNERLUGS the price is setting of alarms seem to be cheap always went with mcgard before just wondering if anyone has used the TUNERLUG brand and have either good or bad things to say about them the Mcgard are backordered for 5-6 weeks.

Check out Gorilla, they make good tuner lugs and are available at many performance shops.

To avoid starting a new thread, anyone know where I can get the standard Mcgard type locks but in black?

I've checked the usual, CT, Parts Source and Wheels Direct without any luck.

Having my rims powdercoated and the silver nuts I have now just won't cut it with looks.

Blue
12x1.5 if I recall correctly.

EDIT: realized you're looking for Locking lugs that will fit your aftermarket rims.

Mazdaspeed makes black Gorilla brand lug nuts.

Costs $55.00 for a set of 20 with the tool.

Nice! Do they have a lock nut? Or can one be purchased? Do you have stock?

Unfortunately there's no black locking key. It's just a set of black lug nuts with the X17 socket.

actually I found that Gorilla does have a black locking key. It has to be purchased seperately, but:http://www.gorilla-auto.com/gorilla.locks.page_25

Have you guys considered the Muteki lock nuts? I'm getting those from SSG and they all require a special key to open.
