AC Blows hot air!

Help! Today in the dead of this heat wave my AC stopped working - it just started blowing hot air. To the day, my car is a year old.

Had the car been on for a while? Or did you turn it on, and find it blowing hot air?
Once you start the car it takes a minute or two for cold air to start flowing.

Take it to the dealer. No point playing with something when the dealer will fix it.

Tiz the season for Ac repair.... today is the first hot day so... i am sure tons of ppl are reporting ac problems today...

This might sound stupid but are the knobs and correct AC button on?

Knobs and AC are on. I was taking my G test and half way through hot air just starting pouring in - up until then it was freezing cold air.

Mine did the same last year, sounds like your a/c is gone, like everyone said, take it into the dealer.

Well since you have an 07 the only way that you would have to pay out of pocket would be if you were over 80,000km's or you got into an accident and it caused your A/C to fail.

Is your 3 equipped with auto climate control or just the regular dial type?

If you can press the centre of the right knob to turn the system on and the centre of the left to turn it off... you have an the automatic climate control.
