CD Player - Not Reading?

I've been experiencing this for quite some time, with any CD's I put in the stock CD Player, it doesn't read, even if its not burnt, it simply won't read it, and I never get the message "Clean Disk" , It also doesn't eject aswell,

I'm not quite sure if anyone has had this problem happen to them before, I thought I'd post it here.

Never happened to me. Happened to another member though and they took it in to get replaced. Covered under warranty.
