I'm starting this here, and if there is enough info I will post a summary over in the GB section. I don't think we need the entire thread there though.

As some of you know, I am running a GB for Sharkfin antennas. I've learned a few things about PayPal and Interac, and I'm sure I'm going to learn a bunch when we start to distrubute the order. So... what I am looking to do is to collect Group Buy "Lessons Learned" to help anyone setting up a Group Buy....

Sorry, yes, I was hoping to collect up tips that would make running a GB a bit smoother... things that might have been over looked etc.
