My Mazda Tranny going out ?

So i Went today to Select MAZDA
with some weird noise ... coming out from my car
I was sure it was exhaust or some heat shield but i was wrong ( they torqued down all exhaust parts etc )

whats wrong ?

Let say Im going 70Km ( 4Th gear )
im slowing down ... car shifts to 3rd

and when Im accelerating again ... i can hear some weird noise like hrhrhrhr for 2 seconds :)

Mazda Select said its not too noisy so its hard to pin point whats wrong -
i should come back when it will be more noisy :) lol ?
i have 10K left to the END of the warranty ...

They think it maybe torque converter ...
I have 1-2 shifting when cold problem. ( I Had updated software flushed tranny at MOT didnt help but i got used to it )
I called MOT and I'm coming tomorrow so they can take a look :)

i will put microphone under car so i can record noise and i will move so i will make sure where its coming from :)

Super i will be there around 8-9 ish ...
I was talking with Service Manager - cuz S. Mazda told me that the tranny fluid should be red and my is clear ( But MOT Manager said its right fluid and i should drop car tmrw so we can take a look )

i have this same prob....if i leave my car in gear and take my foot of the pedal then i hear this krrrrrrr noise.....at idle theres nothing....only if i rev it at idle slightly u can hear this krrrr noise..... any idea? sounds like metal against metal....i tried to hear where it coming from and it sounds like by the cat heat shield.....but thats tight so cant be that
