Kicker Sub Parts Help

I have never had these connectors for my sub, I have just been using a bolt/but and a connector on my speaker wire. I believe this is being part of the issue with my sub cutting out and am looking to find some of these connectors.

See the parts circled in red.

I have googled this to death, looked on the kicker website, but am still not finding anywhere I might be able to find them.

Does anyone happen to have a clue where I could get these in Burlington/Hamilton area?
