Alright.. I hardly have problems with this car but here I go...
About 3 weeks ago my car showed the red oil light comming to a stop all the time.. Means I was low on oil and i was pretty close to my oil change date.. So I go ahead and get an oil change.. Great! So the car had no light and all was well.. As of today.. 3 weeks later the light comes on again coming to a stop..
My question is.. where the hell is the oil going.. I drive her hard but not really hard.. just spirited driver.. Could it be burning off? I dont see drips or anything. I wanted to go to mazda and ask for service but I think they will blame my driving habbits.

Could be a cracked filter housing or some such thing. If there's no smoke, then you're not likely burning it. Check under where you regularly park. Is there any oil at all on the ground?

No, I park on a white driveway made for me.. If i was leaking it would be seriously noticable. Could it be because I shift at high k's? it comes on randomly.

Stupid question but did you ever actually check if the oil was low? and recently after the oil change? (you never actually say this in your posts).
If yes, and the oil level was low then your burning it thru the valves or rings...oil won't just evaporate! (considering you say there is no noticiable leakage.)
If yes, and the oil is still up in the marks, then you have another problem; oil sending switch or worse oil pump is going as a couple of possibilities.

IF your car is burning and burning this much(and if you have warranty), they should give you a new engine (when Honda/Toyota cars fail oil consumption test, they replace the bottom end or the whole engine)

Okay guys, So If i make an appointment with Mazda , how abouts would they go finding out the problem? I don't want to go in and have to pay a inspection fee because they didn't find anything.. Clearly oil cant go down that quickly. I haven't actually checked the oil.. I will though because just makes sense to do so.. The light comes on in hard breaks..I do have warranty thankfully.

If you have warranty I don't know that they would charge you an inspection fee. It's probably a good idea to have it checked out, just in case there is something serious that needs to be addressed.

Ive been told a 70 dollar fee is applied if nothing is found with the car.. which is probably 1 hour of inspection. they are probably going to tell me i need a oil change.. in which i show them the papers that i got one.. and this is going to backfire on me somehow lol.. ill let you guys know how it goes..

the oil light is a warning that oil pressure is low....not necessarily low oil level.
a low oil level, however, can trigger the light if the oil sloshes past the the pickup and causes a pressure drop....which may explain why the light is going on when you brake hard.
or it could be a faulty oil pressure sensor...a bunch of things, again, not necessarily a low oil level.
you should check your oil level rather than assuming it is low....the light is not an indicator of oil level.
Hello Dante.
I didn't want to pick up the old thread.
Have any news about your car? What dealer says?

If the low oil pressure light is coming on then there is something clearly wrong with the car. I would not worry about having to pay a inspection fee. The problem might have nothing to do with the engine. It might be electrical problem or a computer problem.
I took my 2008 GS in a while back. The parking break light hat would flash when I would break hard or accelerate hard. It turned out to be a faulty seal on the rear right side caliper. They replaced it and filed her up with new breaking fluid.
