Fujita CAI installed, CEL light on?

So a about a week ago I installed a Fujita CAI, everything was fine till today, CEL appeared. I remeber reading about some other users experiencing the same problem but it later went away, something about the mass air flow sensor?

Im guessing installing any aftermarket stuff your warranty is no longer vaild, or if the problem is related to that component?

any help or threads i can read would be great!

What year is your car?

I remember pre-2007 had a slightly shorter MAF wire which ended up getting pulled out of the connector. It's good practice to give the MAF wire some slack when you're installing an intake, especially if you don't have a stiffer engine mount.

its an 05, umm, i did a quick inspection, looks like all wiring is fine...

now its off, looks like ill be chasing this one...

check the wires on your map sensor again give a little tug on those wires some might fall out it happen to my 05 when i put the intake in
