Just put them on last night and wow this is the best money spent on the car by far! These tire's grip around corners and are really hard to squeel :) I have to go practice my launch all over again. For people who underestimate tires, wake up!!!! know I know how it feels to have traction. Watch out because I will move up the rankings now :chuckle
ill post a pic later after lunch :)

tires are worth every penny.... no matter what you do to your cars suspension they are the only part that touches the ground.
People will tell you that a $3000 pair of coils will make a big difference over a $1000 set of coils but often will ignore their tires... you deffinetly get what you pay for

Actually I think it's the opposite. Really hard rubber just different rubber that gets better when you heat it up :)
Here are 2 quick pictures:

hey meblond do you have any more pics of your car with those rotas. Want to see them further away from the entire car. I'm thinking about going 17s when I eventually kill my 18s.
and.... don't waste those rubber on the street! Come to TO and save them for autocross events ! :D

Best advice I can give is post on Casc-or and someone will have your size. Used tires are cheaper and mostly better as they are already "shaved" for you :)

I think you should go for heat cycle next time....the Avon tires and the hoosiers
Fobio

all R's need to be heat cycled... =)
pre-shaved tires do offer more consistent performance, but then they'll likely last not as long...
I'd rather do the "pre-shaving" and heat-cycling myself, but in a pinch, used tires are good for an event or five...hehe...

You need to run them up to operating them and let them completely cool down (maybe 20 min - 1/2 hr?)...and do it again...I think 3 times, but I might be wrong...
