View Full Version : Today was my first day dealing with Mazda of Toronto's Service

And.....I am sure you are all waiting for the answer from the Most Nitpickety person out there, so here goes,


AWESOME. I felt like a Queen. I have never in my whole life been so well treated at a Car dealership in my life. And I have been to Car dealerships for 30 years (including times I went with my Parents). Just wonderful.

Jeff was so nice. A REAL Gentleman and so knowledgable and helpful. I think I yapped his ear off but he was so pleasant and did not seem to mind, at least I hope he didnt.

Joe was wonderful too. Another real gentleman. And Vincent made me feel great. I SO wish I had heard about these wonderful guys BEFORE I bought my car at Dave Wood. Well, they took off the Dave Wood plate covers at my asking and now I proudly am driving around with Mazda of Toronto covers.

Just to let you know. I am a staunch believer in Customer Service or what goes around, comes around.

I plan to send friends to your dealership and I plan to write a very detailed and intensive letter to Mazda Canada :)

I am still waiting to hear back from them for my opinion on if the service was good.

Good stuff!
I slapped the MoT plate covers in place of my Ajax Mazda frames too :)

Maybe I'll give their service dept a try for my 8K service.

I went in on Tuesday and was treated extremely well for the very brief time that I was there. Truly a great bunch of people working at Mazda of Toronto!

Follow up on the Service experience with Mazda of Toronto.

I live in Newmarket and it is quite a schlep to drive the car back to around where I used to live and Dave Wood is 2 .4 km from my house, but do I care? NOPE. Mazda of Toronto is where I will go from now on :)
