Hi
The factory radio of my mazda3 2008.5 is going to be plug in the aux input of an Alpine CDA-9887 aftermarket unit (in case my wife want to listen to her news via the factory radio) but I need to use the same aux input from the Alpine unit to connect the headphone jack input that is sits on the arm rest compartment.
Do you guys know of any aftermarket adapter or switch that will give me this capability of switching between the factory radio or the input jack in the arm rest compartment.
I will be using an ipod cable as well in this Alpine CDA-9887 head unit. Will the ipod cable plug in the CD changer input or Is going to have it's own designated ipod cable input? (The Alpine unit should be deliver in a few days so I don't know yet where the ipod cable plugs in the back of the head unit).
In case the CD changer input won't be in use by the Ipod cable. Do you guys know of any adapter that will convert the CD changer into regular RCA jacks to use it as a designated input for the factory radio?
