I used to work for a support webhosting company, it just reminded me how bad first level tech suport is for small companies. We supported sales guys and they are retarded just like how it was at the beginning of the video, everything is working on their end yet they screwed their own computer up.

This has been spreading around my office for the past week or so. Awesomeness. Once in a while you'll hear someone just screaming (softly) or saying "you can't arrange by penis" hahaha
