Help with Lugs ..

So there are tuner lugs - and we use those for after market rims right ?

Im looking for lugs that will work with RX8 rims ... ? any name for those ?

any good place to look for them i would like to get red ones ...

Yeah, you use your original wheel nuts. The RX-8 wheels take the stock chrome nuts.

Ask Allen or Peter I'm sure they can hook you up.

I think for stock rims you need acorn. Try searching google. I had tuner lugs on my stock gt 17's and was warned this is not safe due to the contact area of a 60* lug on a 45* rim surface area. I spoke to few trusted folks who told me this isn't a problem, however there is info on the net stating that you should only use tuner lugs on AM rims. I took my tuner lugs off and switched to Gorilla acorns.

There is someone on this forum who had tuner lugs on RX8's and told me there was no issue (which is consistent with what I have been told by some of our trusted shops). Bueller....

You generally use tuner lugs when the holes in the wheels are too small to fit OEM ones in them. :)
