Does anyone know how I can find out someone's address if I only have his cell phone #? he's prob. using Fido.

I don't believe there is any legal route to find out an address from a cell number. Home numbers are another story (411.ca will get you that info).

I believe there are privacy acts in place for cell numbers since they do not have to be associated with a residence.

I'm not a bad person, reason why I asked is that I just got to known a girl I really like and I heard from her friend that her birthday is in September. I just bought a gift she must really like it, becuase we talked about that before. I want to ship her the gift and surprise her, I just thought if I ask her friend, her friend would tell her, right? I def. know it's not a good way to ask others info. I have no intention in doing harm to anyone tho. Feel free to delete the post if it's agaist forum rules, peace.

Ah! Then the trick is not to ask her friend for her address, but to ask her friend to help with the surprise. You will have a better chance at the surprise succeeding... and hopefully impressing her friend which would hopefully get passed on to the surprisee....
