How many times do you start the car before you go :chuckle ....sorry just had to!
Anyways, does it do the same once the trans is warmed up? If not, its possible its occuring because the tranny is still cold, the trans fluid is not at optimum operating temperature, therefore neither is the pressure.

Dealership time then! but check your fluid level before you go, ...save any embarrassment!
You still have warranty?

Doesn't really matter what they say! You just want to get that car in before your warranty is done and have a work order done up with the problem/symptoms listed. (Make sure they get the proper mileage on the work order!)
It is possible you just need a fresh fluid change, but don't take any chances cause it could be something worse!!.....Just get it in there PRONTO.

If the fluid is dirty means the clutch material in the atx tranny is burning up so faulty. Shouldn't this be replaced tranny?

I solved the problem already and have since replaced the tranny fluid.

Could be a reason..have you ever changed it..or has the orginal owner ever change the fluid?

If the tranny fluid is dirty then he should get the fluid changed..and the dealer would not replace the tranny cause of dirty fluid.
