you'd need to swap out the tranny, obvioulsy, the computer would have to be changed, as would the the gauges (the auto's have the PRND lights on the dash), the center console, im sure you'd have to change a bunch of tranny mounts, blah blah blah.

unless your doing a full engine swap on say, a honda civic, you'd much better off getting a new car.
