Thx. Were you guys running clockwise w/ Touge? This setup (CCW), after running it, is quite a bit faster and easier on tires... =) But most of the turns are off-camber...

LOL...no dude...these are my RT-615's...as decent as the D101's are, I'd not track them.

did you get a hero cam?

I've had it for awhile and it's been in the same spot on top of my dash for a few vids...but I just started thinking about mounting it on different spots...

Thinking about doing chase/lead cam next time looking backwards...

We went counter-clockwise and it was fun. Not a high speed track at all as my top speed was maybe only 135. I went at it so hard my brakes lite up on fire one time so after that I did a slow lap without using my brakes as much as possible to cool them down before going off. Tons of awesome cars there, I got to go out in a Subaru dedicated race car and it was a good day.

Nice pics!...you really should come out and take some pics of us Mazda guys next time! If this is your first time out, I'd say CCW is the faster of the 2 layouts, even with the extra 2 turns after the front straight...and to be honest, top speed is not all that important as it's a small track...I'd say cornering speed is more important, and that's why DDT is a good track to start with...and it's the ONLY small track with elevation changes...

What I learned most from tracking is how unfamiliar I am with using the brakes...I mean everyone knows how to floor and maybe even feather the throttle...using the brakes correctly and also making them last is another exercise all together... =)

Hey...you drive a MZ3 or MS3? Your profile says both kinda...

One more video of me trying to catch up to a modded 350Z (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VJUJZS1h0Ic)

the GoPro Camera was mounted to the right-most edge of the hood near the base of the A-pillar.
