Hello,
long time. Feels like I came out of hibernation.
What is a good cheap solution for mp3 playback? I am looking for a hardwire solution, I'm not a fan of those FM transmitters.

Sorry for my noobness =)
I am running a 2005 Mazda 3

Aux wire sounds nice, but I have no idea where to get it and how to install it.
I'm willing to do it on my own just need a little guidance.

buy the grom audio aux on ebay...i picked mine up for like $80 at my door and took me only like 30 minutes to install, works great.
i have a splitter hooked up so i can have my GPS go through my speakers and have my mp3 player rockin at the same time...

There are other options you may want to look into...

If you do a search a fair bit of info comes up for AUX alternatives.

AudioLink or AuxMod are possibles for you.... the AudioLink works well, plays MP3s off of SD and USB, and also has 1/8" jack for feeding in audio from other devices. It's about $130...
