3rd gear MT shifter shakes under WOT?

So my 2007 Mazda 3 GT's shifter vibrates under WOT only in 3rd gear.

Warranty item? Any ideas?

Is it a major issue? Minor?

Its just really weird to have the shifter vibrate in my hand so I just go to 4 right away.

A slight amount of vibration will normally be felt thru the shifter but if its excessive and especially only in one gear, I suggest you take it to the dealer, cause it ain't 'normal'.
