Shift Ticking??

I have currently a 2005 Mazda 3 ,automatic GT. WHenever I put it from Park to REverse, or drive, it makes a little CHirping sound or a coin falling from your hand to the floor sound until i start driving, then it stops.

If i drive Tiptronic/SPort shift mode, then everytime i shift gears i hear the little chirp comnig from near the drivers side. ITs only gears 1 and 2 that make this noise.

ANy ideas what it can be?

May be you are right with object. I read somewhere that automatic gearbox
has different types of synchronizators on 1st and 2nd from another gears.
