Bulb help please...

I imagine this has been all covered somewhere before. I have searched high and low. All over the place and keep seeing multiple answers. I am very confused about this please help.

I want to replace my high beam and fog light bulbs in my 08.5 Mazdaspeed 3. My manual says, HB3 and HB4. Sylvania web site tells me 9005 and 9006. Another says my fogs are H11? I have no idea what to get :bang

Someone please lay this out for me and please no guessing. Will the 9000 series bulbs fit right in ok? What's with HB3 and H3 and so on?

Any information would be great. Thanks in advance.
