A/T shifting from 1 to 2 problems when engine is cold

First thing in the morning , when I start driving the tranny shifts rough from 1 to 2 then after a couple of blocks everything is normal. This just started happening this last of couple of weeks. Has anyone had this issue? Thanks oh ya its a 2004 M3 AT and we got it this summer.

This happens when the car is cold. Its a common problem with all mazda 3s. I have the same problem. I think this has been discussed before. You can get the transmission reprogrammed at the dealer I think.

Do a little search on this forum. Theres some information posted here before.
