When you say bright..... you want bright only when you look at it or you want it to shoot far?
If you want bright then just stare at your HIDs for a few mins when they are on.....
IF you want the best light output and have more visibility then 4300 will be the best one to go. But keep in mind that 4300k will look stock (as in color)

that you should've searched..... i'm sure theres a billion threads here about which k to get for the best light output. But i'll just tell you here. Most of the members here choose 6000k as it doesn't look stock and its got a decent light output.

4300k will be the brightest and white
6000k is a little blue and little less bright.
So the higher you go the less bright it'll get. The lower then 4300k the more yellow it'll get and less bright as well.

Op, I think what you want is more lumens, which is a meaurement of light. As it has been stated above, the best quality light, I.e., the most useful light is around 4300K, but looks stock. If you want ricey looking lights, I.e., blue / bluish, then you might want to take a look at 6000K. The latter will not be as 'bright', but looks nice. Also, be aware that different kits in different projectors appear to have different effects. Further, this being said, 35W is 35W; if you want more output power then go to 50W or more. I saw someone rocking 75W on HIDplanet; or was it the other fourm?
If you really want to know about lighting, check out HIDplanet.com. The link that Pearly provided is good too so read that as well.

I have 55 watt 4500K in my low beams and they are bright. With the high beams (Toshiba 9011 HIRs) on I can still see the low beam stepped cut-off overlaying the high beam pattern. Very nice.

guess he doesn't have to PM =)
seeing your interest in the bluish temps, i would recommend, like above, the 55w 6000k. i was really impressed with the light output through the projectors when i got my 35w.

All with 3900k to 4300K bulbs.

with HIDs, the lower the K, the more lumens and more "throw" it will have.
the K rating is the brightest spectrum of that bulb... so when you get high enough in the K's you're getting to the ultra violet spectrum which isn't visble.. hence you lose out in the lumens and throw.

do you have projectors? anywho like others have said the most usuable fucntional light is 4300k, if you want your headlights to appear blue from afar yet have fucntional bright white light like those you see on BMW's,mercedes, acura etc. you need to have to true hid projectors or modify your projector capsule. you do that by spacing the cutoffshield insie the projector if its possible(I've never had experience with mazda 3 projectors) or spacing the blub.

and not to forget the projector lens plays a part as well :)

even with projectors, you'll have very bad glare @ 10000K
If people start messing with you on the streets, your HIDs will be why.

10000k will have less glare... because there will be little to no light at all :chuckle

I had 5000K, 6000K and 6500K. 5000K had the best output and the cleanest projector cut.
I can't use another higher than 5000K. I honest rather go back to halogens.

I'll be blunter than before, and feel free to call me an *******.
You know it is dumb and you got 10000K and then realized you can't see squat when it is raining. What you said is you are knowingly putting yourself and others' at safety at risk.
If you have money to spend on fog HIDs, get properly HID bulbs for your headlights.

Just to add to what Fuman said, take a look at this link.

If I am reading what you are saying right, you think that getting HID fogs will magically improve visibility when it is precipitating outside. This article says otherwise.
At this point, regardless of whether you want to "waste any more money", if you want to see the road while you are driving, you are going to have to do it and sacrifice looks for function. (More blue = less visibility.)
(Part of the reason why we aren't answering your question the way you would like is because we are concerned about both your safety and the safety of others. The last thing we want is to recommend that X will match and/or look good with Y, and then later find out that you got into an accident because you couldn't see. Ultimately, it is your choice what you do, but the bottom line is that if you want to be able to see where you are driving and avoid being hassled by cops, stick to the 4000k-6000k range for your HEADlights. If you want to struggle with visibility, stick with the blue, but don't endanger others. No matter what temperature of fogs you get, they will not make a big difference.)

Adding HID fogs will create ass loads of glare for drivers coming at you. As someone said above , people will start effing with you on the road; I see it happen all the time.
If I were in your situation, I would get capsules in different temp instead of an HID kit for fogs. You will be much happier with the performance of your lights (as you have stated you've already experienced). Rain defracting your 10000K light is one thing, but wait until it snows...

Though I agree with most of what has been said. I've seen some LS430 projectors retro'd into the fogs that do improve visibility in fog.
