which dual-din dash kit?

so i've gone back through the pages and read anything dual-din related dating back to early 07...

just wondering if there are any new kits out there? any better than the other? anyone got pictures of their setup?

I have an 05 GT, and I have a kenwood dual din deck in my old car which I want to transfer over.

I also remember reading that going aftermarket with the deck will make the screen useless? or just show as a clock, is this true? also, anyway I can put an 07 screen on (assuming i can get a hold of one)?

This kit comes with everything you need to install, including the harness. You can get it for a 6.5'' or 7'' screen size, in black or silver colour. The fit and finish is factory perfect. I paid $134.00 CDN shipped to my doorstep, not duty or brokerage. When I got mine, it come from Canada post.

As for your "clock", you set the display at what you want, (I have mine at current MPG reading). The temperature display still functions normally as well.
The only part that doesn't work anymore is the middle display where the factory radio would display the cd track, cd time etc. Its not that big of a hassle.

I got my double DIN faceplate for like $25.00 from Best Buy, and they got it within a day. I'll take some photos of it tomorrow when its sunny, but it is sweet (it's all black)!

Don't mind all the dirt/dog hair in my car lol, my dog and I just went for a ride like 15 minutes before taking the photos :chuckle
