I use to go there but their turn around rate for their service advisors is horrible. I cannot keep dealing with someone new every second visit. Other then that, their service was fast as long as you had an appointment. Niki is a great guy to talk with if you ever have a chance, hard to find him at times because he doesn't sit near the service desk.

Used to be ok with me - i've found, like others have mentioned, that they've become a bit slow.

I bought my car their, actually from Nicki F. I kinda burnt a bridge, and don't think I wann ago back. If I have even one bad experience at a dealership, I refuse to go back.

I got my car here. Great experience and everyone really helpful. My sales guy's name was Doug, really good and knowledgable, although he had an easy sale since I was in love with the 3 way before going in there :chuckle

I'm actually getting my 120K service Friday at 7:30am.... Major one but want to get it over... As well as heading to Krown rust profing a 1pm.
Westowne is a great dealership, thats why I take my car for servicing regardless of the distance!

met up with rj3 at westowne and he introduced me to domenic who is a fun guy to talk to. He took me on a tour of the dealer ship which to my amazement was larger than i thought. when i went in the basement there was oooodles of stuff down there lol. he also took us to the secret spot where they are expanding the dealership and i was like wow this place is huge. We asked about test driving a 2010 hatch and we got to take out a GX and to my jealousy it came with power windows and 5speed auto:flaming. All in all i like the customer service there and would recommened anyone visit that dealership.

P.S. Ryan don't forget your keys and leave me holding your bag:chuckle

I've never been there for service, but when I went there to look at an RX-8 the kid I spoke to couldn't have been less interested. So bye-bye, Westowne.

Yeah, there's a kid there named Andrew who looks like a complete tool. He doesn't seem to have any desire or passion of being there. Reminds me of one of those rich kids who work just to work. I test drove an 2009 GT and 2010 GT and he didn't say much. He's very quiet.

I bought my 09 Mazda GT from Tony @ Westowne Mazda. He's a very nice old man. Not very knowledgeable of all the new tech but I give him a 10 for his effort. He tries his best. For a guy his age who is retired but is working because he enjoys it, he took classes on how to use computers and tried his best on updating himself with all the new tech.

There is also a guy at the service desk - don't remember his name but he is very cool and a nice guy. Plus the receptionist is pretty hot. :)

You're talking about the blonde at the desk :p. The filipino service desk lady is sorta cute as well..
