I'd say coolant, brake fluid and power steering fluid are definitely due for replacement, if they haven't been done already. Ditto for spark plugs, assuming they haven't been changed already.

If it is an automatic transmission you have (I assume) been changing the fluid on a scheduled basis, just like engine oil so just stick to the schedule on that. But if it is a manual and you have never had the fluid changed then now is probably as good a time as any.

Other than that thoroughly inspect steering/suspension and brakes, look for rust/corrosion issues, clean the battery terminals and various electrical grounds and check for loose fasteners.

If you look at your manual their should be a list of what to do on the car with that many km

Like already mentioned follow the manual, which states change plugs, oil and filter, air filter, check belts etc; You should have had the radiator flushed back around 96k, if not, do it now...same with the tranny fluid! Have them inspect your CV boots, joints, bushings and bearings for wear. That's the main stuff I'd do.....and forget about changing any other fluids it's a waste of money has they don't get contaminated so don't need replacing....ever!

I just past my 100,000km point. I've replaced my tranny fluid and coolant fluid at 76,000km. Yes earlier than needed, but I'm trying to keep the engine in top condition. Spark plugs should be done at 120. Brake fluid isn't a bad idea, since it does loose it's viscosity after a while. I have to replace the PJB (Passenger Junction Box) in my car in a few days. Something totally unexpected and it is an expensive part. Other than that, this car is 'made of steel'.
