After i let the car warm up to normal temperature if i turn on the heating inside the car , the motor temperature will just drop almost all the way .
Can anybody explain to me why this happens?

Does it return after a while? Basically the coolant in the heater core has not flowed as the valve doesn't open until you turn the heat on in the car. In essence, you are adding cooler coolant to the warm coolant in the engine block, lowering the temp. It shouldn't do it for long, there isn't THAT much coolant in there. Either that or coincidently your thermostat is opening at the same time, allowing flow from the radiator, which will have ALOT more cold coolant in it!
That clear it up?
Your right after a little bit it returns to normal .
What u wrote makes sense . :blush
Thanks for the info

You should turn the heater on immediately after starting and put it too full heat, (not full blower though)...it helps to warm the engine up as it causes a strain and a few seconds later the rear window/mirror defrogger, this helps also to warm the engine up quicker.
But I would keep an eye out on your temp guage if i were you to see if maybe it is dipping or changing for awhile, because it could be caused by air in your system.

Yeah, I noticed the same on our GT and at first I thought it to be open stat so was going to replace it.... I guess this is "normal"....

There is also a TSB on air in the system, you get the sound of rushing water coming from your glove box area when you start the car.... Of course, Guelph mazda wouldn't do a damn thing for me... I'll have to deal with that one myself likely! ("A TSB is not a warranty." so I'm told)

interesting! haven't noticed anything like this on mine but I'll keep my eye on the thermostat as the weather keeps getting colder...
