I have a quick question, I have a set of new coilovers for my 2004 3's but I was wondering if my stock shocks from car would work with them.

why wouldnt it not work with the coilovers. I rmb seeing that the stock once would fit with the coilovers. Does it mean that I would need to get new shocks for my coilovers?

The coil overs will install fine.
Depending on how low you adjust them will greatly affect how long your stock struts will last. If it were me I would wait (until winter is over) and buy proper struts so I only have to do the job once.

you going to need shocks for shizzle...
especaily with these no name brand sleeve coilvers,
here are some options for shocks:
http://www.shox.com/appguide/shoxshop/productsdisplay.php (http://www.shox.com/appguide/shoxshop/productsdisplay.php)
hope you are not lookin for a comfy ride, cause these will be really really firm ride, this is because of the short spring design, as well usually these springs have tendency to sag or warp...spring rates are probably really harsh and yeah it contributes to the crap like ride....
my main question is, the pic you provided, is that the actually coilover sleeve itself?? cause if it is, damn I would fear for safety and really question if those springs will carry the heavy weight of the Mazda3.

I wouldnt go with the sleeves, you are better off paying for lowering springs and installing those on stock struts or going for full coilovers which have matching springs and struts. the ride quality with coilover sleeves is really harsh and uncomfortable.

Lowering springs
with lowering springs, you can go low such as Tein S.tech or Eibach Sportline or Canuck Motorsports
or not so low, Tein H-Tech, Road Magnet Springs, Racing Beat, etc
that combo should get you down the road and the setup will be very affordable, save even more money with buying used springs
