Am I missing something? Apexcone HIDs for $50?

OK, what am I missing here. On the DDM site, they're listing Apexcone HID kits for $49.95. After upgrading to 55W and shipping to Canada, it comes out to like $80. Why is this so cheap?

Shipping is via UPS, does that mean automatic brokerage fees when the border is crossed?

UPS has crazy brokerage fees..

Good Price though, then again they retail at DDM for 50 bucks (35w)

UPS? You will end up paying $45-$50 in brokerage and customs fees.
