he admitted that its his fault because he wasn't supposed to communicate with that person. but it was just a merry xmas and he gets charged for criminal harassment?:loco

guy makes youtube videos for a living basically having fun at his farm and fixing things, he's a garbage picker, fixes stuff then sells them. kinda cool really.

let's just say that we can all learn A LOT from the misadventures of dave...all of them...LOL...
"don't try this stuff at home kids..."
ohhh, is he the guy that blew up those Ford airbags in the fridge? haha
those were funny.
but yeah, who knew a wishful greeting can land you in a world of hurt.

We've only heard one side of the story from Dave from his own perspective. I'd like to hear the other side before I cast any judgment.

If there is a court order stating that you cannot communicate with someone...then that must mean you did some really nasty stuff in the past in order for the courts to have passed that in the first place.
So even a harmless 'Merry Xmas' is asking for trouble...and from the gf's point of view, it could stir up some really bad memories she would rather not go through again!!
As the classic Clash song goes: "I fought the law and the law won..."
Looks like Dave tried fighting the law lol

i think its sad though. its because his ex wife (who they had a kid together in which he is never allowed to speak to apparently) so therefore unfortunately a merry xmas can land you in jail. i hope dave wins that because its a shame that he wants to be af ather to this kid and she wont let him and decided i guess to basically put a restraining order on him. i guarantee the fathers here would understand what that could be like. and yes this is the guy who blows up ford airbags from fridges. i love the shit he does. im a subscriber to this too lol.

+1
I'd like to hear the other side of the story too. A restraining order is no laughing matter and in this case looks serious.

I'm completely unbiased as I don't really care, but to point at the obvious:
if you blow shit up all over your own farm/property and post it on youtube, filled with vulgarities and general mayhem, I highly doubt any judge in their right mind would even consider allowing him to be close to or communicate with an ex-wife/child...
