I have to admit this one looks decent, however I'm still not sure about the front grill.....way too big.....perhaps it will grow on me....

i think the back looks good. the front is decent since we got the license plate to cover up part of the grill :)

Wow.. I'd actually sport that.. I guess we can expect some things from this car to trickle down to the new Mazdaspeed3.. such as the wheels, for example. The skirts all around are also a very nice touch.
The only gripe I have is the tail lights seem a little too big for the car(aside from the obvious front grille). I still want to know how what the plan is for the Speed. Top mount intercooler, front mount, or what. Also if they are going to keep the "floating" spoiler and the rear diffuser setup..

What's weird with this car however is that it is left hand drive, but the rear wiper is opposite to where ours sits. Unless they just changed that..

I saw a new Mazda3 last night downtown near the Eatons center. lol is all I still have to say. This one does look a bit better but the front is still the same

That front splitter is all that's needed on the car - no other lips etc needed for the front! :)

I'm loving the trend towards matched front splitters recently (assuming they're tastefully done) and am looking for something similar on my car this year.

I saw a 2010 mazda 3 hatchback on the roads yesterday in vaughan (jane and hwy 7). It was an aqua blue colour and looked pretty good. This car definitely looks better in person than pictures

Here's what I think. The 2010 hatch definitely looks far better than the 2010 sedan. The proportions on the body are spread out more evenly than on the sedan so that's a big plus.

BUT...that grille is just HIDEOUS. Good lord how can anyone look at that thing and take it seriously. Can you imagine when you come up on someone in the fast lane? They will look in their rear view mirror, see that grinning fool of a front end, probably start laughing, lose control of their vehicle and smash into the cement divider.

But hey, at least you will 'zoom-zoom' right by them!

Looks better in hatch form then sedan, I'm wondering if the side mirrors will fit the 09s? I remember reading somewhere that the center section of the 2010 remain the same as the 09s. If it does fit then I would try this on my car.I just like the markers on the mirror, but not crazy about paying $300+ for the current cover w/leds that I see at some dealerships. I had to replace a side mirror before and the whole thing cost less then $180 per side. $300+ for JUST the cover is insane. :loco

the current model is no looker neither. People mistake my car as matrix quite often which is also ugly.

I like the back, don't like the c pillar & front of the 10 model.
