So this was the first time at Oakville Mazda.

I was so happy to see Tiffany was there and she came out and greeted me quickly. I am surprised she remembers me!

Not easy to find the place. But I made it.

Got to meet Andrew in parts. Cool guy. Showed me a bunch of stuff for my car when the weather gets better.

Oakville Mazda is not the "flashiest" of places but Tiffany did say that they were moving closer to the Q.E.W. I am hoping it will get the face lift it needs.

I have to say the service was great.

I have gone to Erin Mills Mazda, Mississauga Mazda, Mazda of Toronto, 401 Dixie Mazda, and I was extremely pleased with the service at Oakville Mazda.
I found their service to be very good and the people are all friendly.

I found with the other places I went to I did not get the comfort feeling that they would care for my car as I do. But they made me feel good about bringing it to them.

The cookies, fresh baked (!!!???) right on the premises, were great. Great coffee machine as well.

They even washed my vehicle! I only brought it in for the first 8,000 km service. Tiffany even notified me of an update for the satellite radio, which I did not have.

Overall a great experience. I will be bringing my car back to them. I just wish it was a little closer to me (Winston Churchill and Thomas in Mississauga).

Keep up the great work. I really do appreciate the care you took with my vehicle and you will definately see me back!

Hum! How come you got your car washed? I took mine in last month for the 8.000km too and never got it washed. Anyway, good experience overall.

I know a lot of places either don't wash cars or charge their customers. I would rather see clean Oakville Mazda Mazda's on the road :)

We try to wash every car that comes in for service, but if the weather is below 0C, we don't want the locks to freeze on you. Sometimes someone may call in sick.

If we missed your car, give us a call and we can bring you in for a no-charge wash!

Another fine service @ Oakville Mazda yesterday. Again the staff at Oakville were top notch, was in for a basic Oil Change, had drop my keys off to service, grab a coffee & into the showroom to check out the 2010 Mazda 3 GT & enjoy the great aroma of fresh baked cookies. (Chocolate Chunk & Almonds)

Again, I just wanted to say thanks, you make it feel like were more then just a client, Keep up the great work.

Not sure. Maybe it was because it was a "welcome" gift from Tiffany?

Or maybe because I am special?

I used take my car to her at Mississauga Mazda but when I found out she wasn't there, I quickly realised that the service was going down hill!

Who knows...

It might have been my contribution to the TM3 Times.

I forgot to ask if they do the SYMTEC corrosion protection touch ups annually. I don't want to have to got to Mazda of Toronto for that. Not the greatest experience during the service visits.

Loved Jeff (The Biz) though.
