I am looking at new track wheels and they are 17x8'' +38 offset and weight 14 pounds
I will probably put 235/45ZR17 on them.
This calculator (http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp) tells me it's 1 mm more inside and 24mm more outside. Is this good to go? Will it fit no problem? I need to roll my back fenders anyways but I want to make sure these fit before I buy them.
thanks

If its the same offset and a regular GT then it wont work.... But I don't know if its the same as the GT.

According to Wheelsmaster.... they will stick out an extra 30mm = 1.2 inches.
Seems excessive, even with rolling the fenders.

Offsets a bit low to work well...but I'm not an expert.
You have a M3F account? They have a "Will this fit?" thread in the Wheels section. If you post up there, some guys with lots of experience can point you in the right direction.

Well the stock offset on the speed is +55 so it looks like a difference of about 1.7CM. I always though that meant the wheel would be tucked more under the car?

Yes but the other way around. The lower the offset the more they stick out and the higher the more they tuck.

yeah these are probably gonna rub too much. Gonna try a test fit anyways :) If I can
