Was curious, with the center part exposed to the elements while using steelies without hub caps. What "dangerous" or "risks" are involved with doing this. What could happen?

Just some surface rust really. Nothing to worry about :)

So i hope that rust proof module will help with that.

Please no flaming.. I understand people saying Krown over modules, but my dad chose the module as it worked really well so far on his van.

Sorry but it won't.

That has nothing to do with why your dad's van has no rust thus far. Do a search on Google and you will find plenty of evidence and explanations as to why it doesn't work.

It may not work as promised because your wheels may not have direct contact with your vehicles frame or proper grounding, so it may still rust. It only protects rust on the body of the vehicle

How old is the van?

5 years, no rust at all.. not even underneath.

I have a rust module (previous owner) and I have plenty of rust. I'm also a mechanical engineer and took corrosion and wear in school. They don't work for one simple reason: AIR DOESN'T CONDUCT ELECTRICITY! The entire theory of the device relies on air being able to conduct electricity to complete the circuit but it can't. It's just that simple. They work in boats and they work on underground pipes. They don't work on cars.

Agreed Marsh, unless you bury the car in the ground to complete the circuit for the module then there is no way the electricity flows through the vehicle (which is what inhibits the rust).

Anyway, it's been discussed before on this forum many times. :)

As for the center caps, don't worry about the rust, pretty much EVERY car gets them and it's just surface rust.
