Hey guys. so ive searched for this but came up empty. probably has to do as not sure what to put in the search
so i finally got the Remote Bass Control knob for my amp and i was wondering where ppl have installed theirs. its a JL one so its really small.
and suggestions and pics?

i have mine in the smal cubby hole or w.e its called on the left side below the switches.

thats what i was thinking. havent actually looked at it yet but is it in the way of the plug for the code reader?

that works too but its a really tight space and i dunno how your going to get it out with velcro in there??

well i have this one (http://www.shopatron.com/product/part_number=98015/1451.0.46510.48365.0.0.0) so as u can see its really small haha. and did u drill a hole in the back to pass the wire?

I put mines in the dash pocket of my install kit above the deck if you have an aftermarket deck installed. Fits nice and snug :)

I had the same one a while back and installed it in one of the blank plates beside the dimmer switch. My new one is different and doesn't fit there anymore so if you want one pre drilled and want to swap let me know. I can take a pic if you want.

that would be great. ive never tried to take those out, is it hard?

I have mine installed there as well. You may need to hack up the back of it though to get the unit to fit. I had to but it works great in that location.

well all done now. jsut have to run the wore to the amp haha. just had to make the hole a bit bigger since the one for mine was a bit bigger. so i think were both happy, he does not have a hole or useless knob anymore and now i have one:)

oh and kind of off topic here. does anyone know what the last one to the left is used for, i noticed something was plugged into it but nothing out the front

It was good meeting you to. I don;t have that wire in mine you are taking about... Curious to know what it is though.
