Its not a problem with lubrication ...

Does it happen when you go over bumps? Like a metal on metal sound. It could be the latch or the door making contact with the body. There is a thread on M3F.

I don't think so ... It happens while opening and closing them ..
There is this metal black slider in center i think its coming from that area ..

the door checker has gone bad... they're crap! I had both my front ones replaced already because of that popping noise... in fact, the cx7s actually have a tsb on this issue but not on any other new mazda

Try spraying it along with all your latches, hinges etc; with some Lithium grease and work it in by opening and closing the doors.

Thank You...

Yeah its sounds like door checker ...
How much do they cost ? do you know part number - did you replaced it by yourself ?

I had this problem on my passenger door and the Mechanic changed the weather strip on the outer part of the door and the squeaking went away.

mine was replaced under warranty, but the part number is BP4K-58-270F (same for both front doors)

replacing it yourself isn't too bad really... remove the door panel, then take out the speaker, then you can take off the bolts that hold it in place and then reach in through the speaker hole to pull it out

It may be possible that you need to tighten this bolt, which is covered in lithium grease...lol. (I wonder why it's loose?)

My door was clicking when i opened/closed it until i tightened the bolt.

Try tightening the bolt that holds the checker to the body. They loosen sometimes and cause that noise as well. If that fixes it then apply some loc-tite to it and reinstall it. Should solve the problem.
