Northwood Mazda

Well here i am going to boast about Northwood.

In and out in 1/2 hour for oil change+.

They are always great to me.
-Topped up washer fluids
-checked tire pressure and filled up with nitrogen
-checked air filter
-checked brake pads (will have to do when changing to summers)
-reminded me of 48K srevicing
-showed me the 2010 in the show room

learned that one of the service writers is going to have a baby boy in 6 wks. gave him some friendly advice now that i have a 1yr old.

All in all another great experience at Northwood.

I do have one thing to add, which is my own fault for not saying something earlier:bang, 2 winters now i have experienced a creaking sound when i go over bumps, bushings, I didn's bother to say anything seeing that it only happens when its cold, winter. Decided to mention it this time and wouldn't you know it. i am passed my warranty by 2 months. They said that it was a fairly cheap part and probably wouldn't cost to much to do, Pheewwwww.

Up until now i have done nothing but oil changes and minor work, but i guess this time i will be in for a little longer next time. i think i will probably schedule an appt. late april or early may.

Hey Jamaican. Glad to hear they're keeping up the good service, I need to go in for an oil change soon. Did you ask them to change you to the nitrous or did they offer it? Did it cost you extra? Ive been thinking of switching to it. I cant wait to see the new dealership finished. Drove past it today and its looking good.

What the heck, I replied to this thread yesterday and its gone. Anyways the jist was that I went in for an oil change yesterday and as always the guys did a great job. The guys had me in and out in a half hour. Keep up the good work guys.
